These Terms govern access to the Pushing Capital website, operator portal, and official social account connectivity tools.

Use of the Service

Pushing Capital provides a secure operating environment for high-friction commerce workflows, client portal access, and official business account integrations. The social connectivity features are intended for authorized Pushing Capital personnel and approved operators only.

Authorized Access

• You may use the service only if you are authorized to act on behalf of Pushing Capital.
• You must maintain accurate account credentials and safeguard access to your session.
• You may not attempt to bypass access controls or connect accounts you do not control.

Use of Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party platform terms, developer policies, and API usage rules. You are responsible for ensuring that any connected account is authorized for use with the requested integration.

Acceptable Use

• No misuse of tokens, API credentials, or platform permissions.
• No interference with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

Pushing Capital may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time to protect the business, the service, or third-party platforms, including when there is a violation of these Terms or a platform policy.
